Hi, I'm Dennis! I have proudly served as the Medical Director of Family Psychiatric Associates for 25+ years. My journey began in Cleveland, Ohio, where I originated. I pursued my education at Wilmington College and subsequently attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

My professional training includes completing my adult psychiatry residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in the vibrant backdrop of New York City. I further honed my expertise through a Child Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Georgetown University and an Addiction Medicine Fellowship at the esteemed Cleveland Clinic.

As a board-certified adult, adolescent, and child psychiatrist, I find genuine joy in the work I do. My approach is characterized by directness and utmost respect. I firmly believe that the best treatment outcomes are achieved when patients actively engage in their care.

It is my priority that my patients not only receive a diagnosis but also comprehend the rationale behind it and fully grasp their treatment options. This commitment to clarity and understanding forms the foundation of our collaboration. In addition to conducting diagnostic evaluations with a focus on psychopharmacological interventions and medication management, I offer specialized psychotherapeutic services.

Over the course of my 25-year career as a child and adolescent psychiatrist, I've had the privilege of witnessing many of my patients traverse the developmental stages from childhood through adolescence into adulthood. This journey has been incredibly rewarding.

My role as an Addiction Medicine specialist has also granted me the privilege of aiding individuals on their path to substance-free and healthier lives. Overall, I am profoundly grateful to my patients for affording me the opportunity to contribute to enhancing the quality of their lives and that of their families.
