We provide Vivitrol initiation and maintenance for either opioid use disorders or alcohol use disorders, and provide guidance and support with continued use of Vivitrol or discontinuation protocols. Either way an individual treatment plan is developed with the patient’s input as no situation is identical and the plan must address each patient’s individual needs.
We also provide Suboxone initiation and maintenance therapy as well as taper and discontinuation with support. Our goal is for our patients to be on the lowest possible dose which of course is dependent on the reason for the medication.
